Visit the Official Website: Go to the NSDL e-Governance website (https://www.onlineservices.nsdl.com/pan/onlinepan.html) or the UTIITSL website (https://www.utiitsl.com/). These are the two authorized portals for PAN card applications.

On UTIITSL, click on "PAN Card Services" and choose "Apply PAN Card."
Fill the Online Form:
Select the category (Individual, HUF, Company, etc.).
Provide details like your full name, date of birth, gender, mobile number, email ID, and address.
Ensure all information matches your supporting documents.
Document Submission:
You’ll need to upload scanned copies of:
Proof of Identity (e.g., Aadhaar, Voter ID, Passport).
Proof of Address (e.g., Aadhaar, utility bill, bank statement).
Proof of Date of Birth (e.g., birth certificate, Aadhaar).
A passport-size photograph (if required, depending on the portal).
File formats are usually PDF/JPEG, with size limits mentioned on the site.
Select Mode of Submission:
e-KYC: Link your Aadhaar for paperless verification (fastest option).
Physical Documents: Submit documents online and send physical copies to the respective office later.
Digital Signature: Use e-Sign if you have a registered digital signature.
Pay the Application Fee:
For NSDL: Approx. Rs.93 (excluding taxes) for Indian communication address; Rs.864 for foreign address.

Track Your Application:
Use the acknowledgment number to check the status on the NSDL or UTIITSL website under "Track PAN Application."
Receive Your PAN Card:

Tips:
Ensure your mobile number is linked to Aadhaar for OTP verification if using e-KYC.
Double-check all details to avoid rejection or delays.
If you face issues, contact the helpline numbers provided on the respective websites.
How to Delete Instagram Account
How to delete Instagram Account Permanently
To delete your Instagram account permanently, follow these steps. Note that this process is irreversible after 30 days, and all your data (photos, videos, followers etc.) will be lost, so consider downloading your data beforehand if you want to keep it. Here's how to do it:
On a Mobile Device (via the Instagram App):
Open the Instagram App: Launch the app on your Android or iOS device and log in to the account you want to delete.
Go to Your Profile: Tap your profile picture in the bottom-right corner.
Access Settings: Tap the three horizontal lines (menu) in the top-right corner, then select Settings and Privacy.
Navigate to Accounts Center: Scroll down and tap Accounts Center (usually near the top of the settings menu).
Account Ownership and Control: Under Account Settings, tap Personal Details, then select Account Ownership and Control.
Choose Deletion: Tap Deactivation or Deletion. Select the Instagram account you wish to delete if you manage multiple accounts.
Select Delete Account: Choose Delete Account (not Deactivate Account), then tap Continue.
Provide a Reason: Select a reason for deleting your account from the dropdown menu (e.g., "Too busy/too distracting" or "Privacy concerns").
Enter Password: Re-enter your Instagram password to confirm your identity.
Confirm Deletion: Tap Continue, then Delete Account. Instagram will inform you that your account will be permanently deleted after 30 days. During this period, you can log back in to cancel the deletion if you change your mind.
On a Computer (via Web Browser):
Visit Instagram.com: Open a web browser and go to www.instagram.com. Log in to the account you want to delete.
Go to Settings: Click your profile picture in the top-right corner, then select Settings from the dropdown menu.
Access Accounts Center: On the left sidebar, click Accounts Center.
Account Ownership and Control: Click Personal Details, then select Account Ownership and Control.
Choose Deletion: Click Deactivation or Deletion, then select the Instagram account you want to delete.
Select Delete Account: Click Delete Account, then Continue.
Provide a Reason: Choose a reason for deleting from the dropdown menu.
Enter Password: Type your password to verify your identity.
Confirm Deletion: Click Continue, then Delete Account. Your account will be scheduled for permanent deletion after 30 days.
Alternative Method (Direct Deletion Link):
Go to the Deletion Page: Open a browser and visit Instagram’s dedicated deletion page: https://www.instagram.com/accounts/remove/request/permanent/.
Log In: Sign in with the account you want to delete.
Select a Reason: Choose a reason for deleting from the dropdown menu.
Enter Password: Re-enter your password.
Delete Account: Click Delete [Your Username]. Your account will be deactivated immediately and permanently deleted after 30 days.
Important Notes:
30-Day Grace Period: After initiating deletion, your account will be hidden for 30 days. If you log in during this time, the deletion request will be canceled, and your account will be reactivated.
Data Backup: To save your photos, videos, and other data before deleting, go to Settings and Privacy > Accounts Center > Your Information and Permissions > Download Your Information in the app or on the web. Request a download, and Instagram will email you a link to your data.
No Recovery After 30 Days: Once the 30-day period passes, your account and all associated data are permanently removed, and you cannot recover it.
If you’re unsure about permanent deletion, you can temporarily deactivate your account instead by selecting Deactivate Account in the same Deactivation or Deletion menu. This hides your profile without deleting your data, and you can reactivate it anytime by logging back in.
